Good to Know
- Abstract submission is free.
- Groups of 3–5 participants receive a 10% discount, while groups of more than 5 participants receive a 20% discount. For more information, please contact us.
- Applicable taxes are included in the fees.
- Co-authors who do not attend are not registered and pay nothing.
- Final registration deadline: 31 May 2027.

- CANCELLATION POLICY — In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the registration fees are not refundable. Terms & Conditions
- Listener registration includes attendance and access to the publications; it does not include a presentation or publication of a listener's paper.
- Presenter publication follows the conditions on the Publication page.
Payment Methods
Card / PayPal
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or your PayPal account. Your place is confirmed immediately once payment goes through — the safer option close to a deadline.
All fees are stated in euros (€) and must be paid in advance. A presentation slot is confirmed only once the corresponding fee has been received. See the Terms & Conditions.
Bank Transfer
Upload your payment receipt during registration. Transfers usually take 3–5 business days to clear and be matched to your registration, and any bank charges are borne by the participant.

Registration Questions
Can I register for someone else, or for several people?
Yes. Choose "Someone else" and enter the attendee's details. One registration can include one presenter with co-authors attending, or one listener with additional listeners. Independent presenters, virtual presenters and mixed groups need separate registrations, which a booking contact can complete for each person.
Which co-authors need to pay?
Only co-authors who attend in person. Each pays the co-author fee and receives their own badge and certificate. Co-authors who do not attend pay nothing.
How much does an additional listener cost?
The same as a listener registration: €120 per person.
What does the fee include?
The inclusions are listed above for each registration type. In-person attendees also receive the conference bag, lunch and coffee breaks and the guided Paris tour. Listener registration does not include a presentation.
What certificates will I receive?
Every attendee receives a certificate of participation, and presenters also receive a certificate of presentation. Each certificate is issued in the attendee's own name and institution and sent by email.
How long does bank transfer confirmation take?
You will receive an email once it is confirmed.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. A receipt is sent with your payment confirmation, and an invoice can be issued on request — contact us with the billing details. If your institution needs a pro forma invoice before paying, use the request link above.
How do I correct a registration detail or request a missing document?
Contact us with the attendee's name, registration email and order reference. Please do not register or pay again. See the full instructions in Help & Support.
Can I pay on site?
No. All fees are paid in advance.
When will I receive the programme?
The programme is sent by email to registered participants when it is ready.
